We are thrilled to introduce you to our esteemed owner, Lindsay Sebek. With over 17 years of expertise in the medical industry, Lindsay is a renowned master injector dedicated to providing exceptional skincare treatments and services.
Lindsay is Nationally Board-Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas Tech Health Science Center, graduating Magna Cum Laude and being inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Post-Masters Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman’s University.
With a diverse background in Emergency Medicine, Weight-loss, and Family Practice, Lindsay has always had a passion for Aesthetics. At Glow Skin Lab, she brings her unparalleled knowledge and skill to every treatment, ensuring remarkable results and a personalized experience for each patient.
Lindsay's expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her deep understanding of skin health and rejuvenation set her apart in the field of aesthetics. As a master injector, she specializes in advanced procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox, and other injectable treatments. Amanda “Mandy” Albright, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a highly skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the medical field. With a strong background in nursing and a keen eye for beauty and symmetry, Mandy has dedicated herself to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through safe, effective, and minimally invasive procedures. Her skills include a wide range of treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
Mandy began her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from University of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She then pursued advanced training, obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification Board. Her clinical experience ranges from in-patient hospital, wound care and emergency medicine. Her education and experience provided a solid foundation in both medical knowledge, skills and patient care. Her commitment to staying current with industry advancements ensures that her clients receive the highest standard of care.
Mandy is truly dedicated to creating patient-specific treatment plans to attain each patient’s individual goals. She believes that aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty and boost self-confidence. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and thorough approach, Mandy ensures that each patient fully understands and is comfortable with all available treatment options.

Paulina Saenz was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and is proud to call it home. She has been married to her wonderful husband for 10 years, and together they have two children—Lucia, age 3, and Benjamin, age 5—who bring endless joy and laughter into her life.
Before beginning her esthetician journey, Paulina spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she developed a deep love for learning and helping others grow. Her years in the classroom taught her patience, compassion, and the importance of making others feel seen and supported—qualities she now incorporates into every skincare experience she creates. Paulina is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys sharing that part of her culture by teaching the language to her children.
After her time in education, she followed her passion for skincare and attended the American Laser & Aesthetic Institute, where she will be receiving both her Aesthetician and Laser License. This new chapter has allowed her to blend her love for teaching and caring for others with her excitement for skin health and beauty.
Paulina’s passion for skincare comes from a genuine desire to help others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. She believes skincare is more than a routine—it is an act of self-care, self-love, and a source of confidence that radiates from within. Her goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing space where clients leave glowing both inside and out.
Outside of work, Paulina’s greatest joy is her family. She loves spending time with them, as well as enjoying moments with friends. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, and watching movies.

Meet Natalie, a dedicated skincare enthusiast and self-proclaimed aesthetic lover with a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. For the past three years, She has had the pleasure of working in the aesthetics field as a receptionist and patient coordinator — a role that has allowed her to combine her love for beauty, organization, and exceptional client care. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient, ensuring each visit feels both personal and professional.
Her skincare obsession runs deep — from serums and SPF to every glow-boosting treatment in between. Natalie loves learning about new products, techniques, and innovations in aesthetics, and truly believes that confidence starts with taking care of your skin.
Outside of work, Natalie is a traveler at heart who finds inspiration in exploring new places and cultures. When she is not planning her next travel adventure, she is at home with her three adorable furbabies, who keep life full of love and laughter. She is also a passionate home cook — because, in her humble opinion, there’s nothing better than a homemade meal shared with good company.
Every day, Natalie is grateful to work in a field that aligns with her passions and allows her to connect with amazing people. Whether it’s through skincare, travel, or a home-cooked dinner, she believes in embracing life’s little luxuries and finding joy in the details.
