Time To Treat Yourself

Booking your appointment is simple with our Online Booking Portal.

How to schedule an appointment:

  1. Click “Book Now” — this opens our online scheduling page.

  2. Select a service — choose the treatment or consultation you’re interested in.

  3. Choose a provider — (or “any available provider” if you don’t have a preference).

  4. Pick a date and time from the available openings.

  5. Enter your contact info — new clients will create a quick profile; returning clients can log in or enter their info to be matched to their existing profile.

  6. Confirm the appointment — you’ll get a confirmation email/text with the details.

Note for new patients:
If this is your first time with us and you select a treatment or procedure, our scheduling system will automatically prompt you to book a consultation first. Don't worry — your consultation and treatment can typically be completed on the same day, so you won't need to make two separate trips. Just follow the prompts, and your provider will confirm same-day treatment once they've assessed your needs.

To reserve your appointment, a $75 scheduling fee is required at the time of booking.

  • This fee will be applied toward the cost of your treatment when the appointment is kept.

  • If the appointment is canceled or missed without at least 24 hours’ notice, the fee becomes non-refundable and will be applied as a cancellation charge.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $150 no-show fee.

Late Arrival Policy

To respect the time of all clients and providers, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, at the discretion of our team.
