An Investment in You
Membership terms
We would rather you read this now than be surprised by it later. Ask us about anything here before you join.
Commitment. Every membership runs for twelve months. Your dues are billed automatically on your enrollment date each month, and there is a one-time initiation fee when you join. The membership ends on its own at twelve months. Renew within 30 days and there is no new initiation fee; after 30 days it applies again.
Your Glow Bank. Monthly dues load as credit on your account. What that credit can be spent on depends on your plan, and the comparison above sets out the differences.
One per person. One active membership per patient across all four plans. Credits and benefits are not transferable, and member pricing does not combine with promotional pricing.
Upgrading. You can move to a higher plan at any time. Your banked credit carries over in full and there is no second initiation fee. A new twelve month commitment starts on the day you upgrade.
Cancelling. We ask for 30 days written notice. Cancelling inside your twelve month commitment carries a $250 fee. Credit left on your account is good for 30 days after the membership ends, and expires after that.
Pausing. One pause of one month is allowed within the twelve month commitment.
Missed payments. If a payment is declined you have three days to update your card before a $25 fee applies to each failed payment. No credit loads until the balance is paid.
Treatment eligibility. Chemical peels and microneedling are booked after a consultation and approval by Lindsay or Mandy. A membership does not decide whether a treatment is appropriate for your skin. Individual results vary.
