Lindsay Sebek, NP is the owner and lead aesthetic injector at Glow Skin Lab, where she’s known for her meticulous technique, patient-centered care, and natural-looking results that enhance each client’s confidence without altering their individuality. With years of hands-on experience in facial aesthetics and regenerative treatments, Lindsay blends clinical precision with an artistic eye to create balanced, beautiful outcomes.
As a Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector, Lindsay is passionate about anatomy-first, safety-driven training—helping new injectors understand the “why” behind every technique. Her teaching style emphasizes confidence through knowledge, ethical practice, and real-world application.
Lindsay offers 1:1 shadowing experiences designed to help injectors bridge the gap between classroom learning and real clinical scenarios. She fosters a community built on collaboration, not competition, where injectors support one another, share insights, and grow together in a safe, encouraging environment.

What’s the class size?
We keep groups small (max 4) to maximize hands-on time and individualized coaching..
Where is the training held?
On-site at Glow Skin Lab (San Antonio area). Private on-site training can be arranged for clinics with adequate facilities.
Do you provide the models?
Yes, we organize models for each cohort. You may also bring a pre-approved model if desired.
Do I need malpractice insurance?
Yes, proof of coverage is required for hands-on injecting. Contact us if you need referrals.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes—successful participants receive a Glow Skin Lab Training Certificate.
