Mandy Albright brings more than 15 years of clinical experience, three years of experience in aesthetic medicine, and a passion for helping patients look as refreshed on the outside as they feel on the inside. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Chief Operating Officer at Glow Skin Lab, she combines her clinical expertise, business and leadership background, and love for patient care to help both her patients and Glow continue to grow.

Before pursuing nursing, Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business, building a foundation in administration and leadership that continues to shape her work today. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, graduating Summa Cum Laude with her BSN. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board and brings a diverse clinical background spanning inpatient hospital care, wound care, and emergency medicine.

Today, Mandy wears two hats at Glow. As an injector, she is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that enhance each patient's natural beauty without making them feel like they need to look like someone else. As Chief Operating Officer, she draws on her previous healthcare administration and leadership experience to help strengthen operations, support the team, and contribute to Glow's continued growth.

But what Mandy loves most about aesthetics goes far beyond the treatments themselves. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her patients, understanding their goals, and learning what brought them to Glow in the first place. There's nothing better than watching someone see their results and realize how much of a difference a subtle improvement can make. Her philosophy is simple: you should still look like you — just refreshed.

Mandy is also a firm believer that an educated patient is an empowered patient. She takes the time to explain treatment options, discuss what is realistic, and make sure patients understand the why behind their personalized plans. She often hears, “I was never told all of this before!” — feedback she takes as a compliment. For Mandy, great results start with great conversations, and no one should ever feel rushed into a treatment or left wondering what comes next.

And if you happen to hear a little singing during your appointment, don't be surprised. Mandy has a habit of inadvertently breaking into song while treating patients. It's just one more way her personality tends to show up, even when she's focused on the details.

Outside of Glow, Mandy serves in the U.S. Army Reserve, where leadership, accountability, and teamwork remain important parts of her life. She's been married to her husband for 18 years, is a proud mom of two, and shares her home with two dogs. When she's not at Glow or serving in uniform, you'll most likely find her traveling with her family, preferably somewhere near a lake or tucked away in the mountains.

Whether she's helping a patient feel more confident, supporting her team, or making sure someone leaves an appointment with a better understanding of their options, Mandy believes the best outcomes come from trust, education, and a little fun along the way.
